How many dogs are walked at any one time?

We walk a maximum of 5 dogs per dog walker/trip. We feel this is the best grouping that will give the dogs the best experience whilst remaining under safe and effective control.

 

Will I meet my dog walker?

Yes, this is an important part of the initial process so we can get to know you and your dog as well as you do and find out about their suitability. We want them to feel apart of our family as be comfortable with us.

Do you arrange picking up and dropping off the dogs? 

Yes, we collect your dog from your home/place of work at an agreed time set by you and then return them after their walk. 

 

Are you insured?

Yes, please ask us to see our insurance certificate.

Do I need to be home when you collect or drop off my dog?

No, we will arrange a pick up and drop off time with you. We will discuss appropriate access to your property to do this.

 

Do you do off-hours walking?

Yes but please contact to discuss.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

Please contact us by email or telephone giving at least 24 hours notice, for no charges to apply.

 

What do you do in case of an emergency?

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. In the original consultation, we ensure that we have all the family emergency contact details. If veterinary assistance is needed, we will take your dog to your named vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the nearest possible one.

 

Will my dog be supervised at all times?

Yes, they will be under effective control of a dog walker at all times.

 

Where do you walk?

We go everywhere, from parks, to the beach, to off the beaten track. Your dogs safety is paramourt, we ensure they are away from traffic and only let off leash when safe to do so. We also stick to local council guidelines.

 

My dog has not been desexed can he/she still be walked?

We are happy to discuss this with you in the beginning and make  a call on each dogs case separately.

 

Do you take bitches in season?

No

 

What security measures do you have?

Your personal information will never be discussed or sold to anyone. We will discuss with you access to your property to pick up and drop off your dog. If keys are involved we will ensure the safe keeping of them and notify of changes or loss of keys immediately. Your Security is a top priority.

 

What happens if my dog doesn’t get on with another dog?

We will ensure next time those dogs do not go on an adventure together. We do our best to match each dogs personality with others for a safe and fun day out.

 

Do you offer your services on the weekends and public holidays?

Not normally but happy to discuss on special occasions.

 

How do you transport the dogs to the walk location?

We have a van for safe and secure travel for all dogs with cages that can seperate dogs if need be.

 

I only require occasional walks for my dog, not every week or every day, can you help?

Yes, there is no limit to the amount of bookings you make, at the minimum, once a week is fine. We do however encourage at least two trips per week ideally so your dog gets to know us and gets maximum benefit.

 

My dog can be aggressive with other dogs or people and he has to wear a muzzle, can you still walk him?

No, our adventures are only dogs for non aggressive dogs.

 

Do you have a veterinarian background?

No, but as per the terms & conditions we will access the services of a Vet if required.

We just got a puppy and we both work, what services do you provide for a puppy?

Depends on age of the puppy as to whether they will be suitable, please discuss.

 

Can dogs stay with you?

No, all dogs will be dropped back home after adventure.

 

What happens in bad weather?

We go rain or shine. Not in Lightning or Extreme hot weather and bushfire extreme days.

 

Do you walk dogs off the lead?

Yes with your signed consent.

Do your services cater for all dog breeds?

Yes. We will try to best match your dogs breed with others depending on temperament.

Big Dogs and Small dogs can still hang out together.

When are you available to walk my dog?

Monday to Friday (if weekend or public holiday required please discuss).
